WELCOME

to Pottsy's page

Pottsy is gentle, colourful, and endlessly kind. They are non-binary, soft, and playful – a friend to every young visitor who walks through our doors.

With their rainbow horns, cosy green fur, and warm green-blue eyes, Pottsy is the studio companion we all needed growing up. They help make creativity feel even safer for those who need a little emotional support while they paint, build, and create.

Help Us Bring Pottsy to Life

One Hug at a Time

Pottsy is our studio's brand-new mascot – a cuddly, kind, creature discovered hidden inside a delivery of pottery. They weren’t just a surprise... they were meant to be here.

Created to support children who might need a little extra comfort and connection, Pottsy will live full-time in The Painting Pot, helping kids feel safe, seen, and inspired. Now, with your help, we want to bring Pottsy fully to life!

What We Are Creating...

Your donation will help us develop Pottsy into:

  • A soft, sensory plush character to live in the studio
  • A storybook to share their journey
  • Stickers and colouring pages to comfort and entertain
  • A friendly mascot costume for events (eventually)
  • Inclusive studio tools like adoption certificates, paint passports, and signage

We’ll also explore optional merchandise (to help fund more resources) like:

  • Blind box collectibles
  • Paintable bisque figures
  • A range of bubble teas
  • Crochet characters/kits
  • Badges
  • Tote Bags
  • T-Shirts/Aprons etc.

Why It Matters

Pottsy is here to support the emotional well-being of children, especially those who:

  • Feel overwhelmed in creative spaces
  • Struggle to communicate or connect
  • Are navigating neurodivergent needs

Pottsy offers comfort, fun, and familiarity in a world that can sometimes feel too big.

Pottsy is not for profit — the (non-merchandised) resources they bring will be free to use in the studio, always.
